This highly supportive 3-month individualized coaching program is an investment of $1650. Payment plans are available.

You will have consistent support over the duration of this 3-month program.

We meet virtually every other week for appointments, lasting up to an hour each. In these appointments we cover the pillars of the MEND Method as well as any concerns or struggles that come up for you.

On the weeks we do not meet, I will be reaching out via email to check in and answer questions.

Clients also have access to me through a secure messaging portal, so you’re never left in the dark.

In this individualized 3-month migraine coaching program, we meet virtually every other week for appointments, lasting up to an hour each.

Although we always make time to discuss your burning questions during our appointments, each appointment will have a dedicated topic, including each of the 4 pillars to the MEND Method: Mindfulness, Exercise, Nurture, & Diet. This allows time to slowly build migraine-fighting habits without the overwhelm of a lifestyle overhaul.

On the weeks we do not meet, I will be reaching out via email to check in and answer questions.
